Slot Die Coater
A die-type coater handling everything from low-viscosity thin films to medium- and high-viscosity precision coating.

Knife Comma Coater
A Comma-type coater optimized for high-viscosity, high coating-weight applications.

- Coating thickness : 8 ~ 100,000㎛
- Lower Back-up Roll + upper Knife Roll coating

Micro Gravure Coater
An ultra-precision thin-film coater with outstanding coating surface quality and smoothness.
- Coating viscosity : under 30 ~ 300cps
- Coating thickness : 1 ~ 20㎛
- Front and rear Guide Rolls adjust up/down around the central Micro Bar Roll
- Circulating fluid pan · diaphragm pulsation-free metering pump
Gravure Coater
A general-purpose coating and printing coater using ink-transfer technology.
- Coating viscosity : under 4,000cps (higher possible depending on product)
- Coating thickness : 6 ~ 30㎛ (Wet)
- Mesh Roll + Knife Doctor operation
- Used for printing and adhesive coating
Kiss Reverse Coater
A reverse-type coater that controls thickness with an angled mesh roll.
- Coating viscosity : 10 ~ 300cps

Air Knife Coater
A small-volume, thin-film coater that shaves the coated surface with an air knife.

An unwinding unit that supplies the working film to the coating section at a constant tension.

Infeed
A unit that feeds the substrate uniformly from the unwinder into the coating section.

Dry Chamber
A chamber that dries uniformly using various heat sources and an open-nozzle design.

Laminate
A system that laminates coated and dried product with a secondary liner.

Slitter
A machine that longitudinally cuts and winds film, paper, aluminum, silver foil and more.
- Configuration : Un-winder (feed) / Slitting (cut) / Re-winder (wind)
- Slitting down to a minimum width of 10mm
- Substrate width and length selectable by user
Blender (Mixer)
An agitation unit for mixing adhesives, inks, pharmaceuticals and more.
- Adhesive coating agents / printing inks / pharmaceutical mixing
- Hot-melt adhesive heated and agitated at 150~230℃
- Auxiliary tank used after mixing
Automatic Coating Weight Gauge
An instrument that detects coating weight only after drying and displays it digitally.
- Measurement error : 0.5 ~ 1%
- Model : UK NDC products applied
- Automatic and manual adjustment of Comma coater coating weight
- Measures both film and paper (excluding black carbon liquids)
